Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if approved.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour after purchase. Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
